General Usage Notes:

• Place the strap attached to the pulley in the door frame and close the door to secure it. Ensure the door is properly closed before proceeding.
• All exercises should be with steady and slow motion.
• Do not over extend your injured limb. These rehabilitative exercises should never cause additional pain.
• Please consult your physician or therapist before employing any rehabilitative exercises.
