What is HOCL?

HOCL is a compound found in our bodies. It is endogenous. It is a substance the human body produces to kill germs, protect, and heal itself. It is made up of one hydrogen, one oxygen and one chlorine molecule to form Hypochlorous Acid. The ability of HOCl to kill germs outside of the body is highly dependent on its pH, and the stability of its formulation. Very few manufactures globally are able to stabilize the compound for long term shelf life and efficacy.  Smarter Solutions Inc is one of the few.

HOCL is not sticky or smelly if left to dry on its own.  As the product is made up of three gases, it dries quickly and leaves an undetectable saline residue in areas that were saturated. In addition to being a disinfectant, it can also be used as an all purpose cleaner, eliminating the need for most other cleaners in your clinic.
